Show me what my agents actually decided, and why

I asked it to let the dog out and I'd like to know which door it opened. Right now I get the outcome with no trail.
A plain list in settings would be enough: what the agent was asked, what it chose to do, what it actually did. I don't need the internals, I need to be able to check.
This is the thing I care most about on this list. Once agents act in physical space, the difference between opening the back door and the front door stops being a UX detail. We're working on being able to catch a decision before it becomes an action, not just log it after. The visible part, the audit trail you're describing, is the piece we can ship first.
